Entrepreneur, author, and speaker. He is also the President of Iglesia Tech, the first Hispanic technology company and ministry that serves churches nationally and internationally with technological tools to better manage churches, inspiring young people to rise up and serve using the tools at their disposal. He is also the author of The Rock Before the Sword, published in 2022, and The Art of Winning Her Heart, also published in 2022. He is the father of three children: Keziah Elizabeth, Zamarah Elizabeth, and Jedidiah Emmanuel Paredes. His wife is Noemi Elizabeth Paredes. They both reside in Virginia.

beginnings of tech church
Iglesia Tech was born from a heart of service. From a young age, Salomón served in his church, Ekklesia USA, and as the executive assistant to Pastor Carlos Peñaloza. Salomón eventually became the creative director at Ekklesia USA, where his design style was recognized for its quality and excellence. As Ekklesia grew, daughter churches and others decided to branch out, but Salomón remained loyal to his home church — then he decided to offer a technological plan to those churches. COVID-19 struck, and Pastor Carlos Peñaloza, Salomón, and his mother were hospitalized in intensive care for more than 14 days.
Salomón almost lost his life; a few days later, he would lose his pastor. It was under the guidance of the Holy Spirit that he made the decision to start Iglesia Tech in his garage and fully dedicate himself to this mission. Phones began to ring. Together with the Iglesia Tech team, they have impacted more than 350 churches, each with an average attendance of 85 to 120 people, reaching a total of over 30,000 people nationally.

When Solomon nearly lost his life, and a few days later lost his pastor, he made the decision, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, to start Iglesia Tech in his garage and dedicate himself to it. The phones started ringing, and a sister from his church believed in Iglesia Tech named Beatriz Lemus, currently the "Operations Manager," who was the first to join the Iglesia Tech team and walk in faith. Together with the Iglesia Tech team, they have managed to impact more than 350 churches, which average between 85 and 120 people, and their total number of members is greater than 30,000 nationwide.
The phones began to ring due to the need and the pandemic—
but it was God's perfect timing when He raised up Iglesia Tech!

Salomón Paredes holds a Bachelor's degree in Theology and Leadership and is currently pursuing his Master's and Doctorate in Marketplace Ministry and Christian Leadership.
